Rotarians Chandana, Kiran, and Kameshwari from RBA led a career guidance workshop for approximately 30 visually impaired students from Government First Grade Colleges (Vijayanagar and Yediyur), B.E.S College (Jayanagar), and Surana College. The workshop covered a wide array of career-related subjects, including job skills, workplace realities, error prevention, positive attitude, handling criticism, work ethics, interview techniques, and resume building. Rotarian Chandana also presented the Rotary Four-Way Test. Practical mock interviews were conducted to give students hands-on experience and boost their confidence. The workshop was facilitated by Valarmathy mam from Help The Blind Foundation.
